Quick guidance for virtual runs, registrations, distances, medals and race packs.
What is a virtual run?
A virtual run lets you complete a registered distance anywhere using a GPS running app. Submit your result for verification and receive the event souvenir package when eligible.
What are the event dates?
Dates vary by event. The historic Great Wall Virtual Run window was October 26 to December 15; current and future event timing should be confirmed on the Events page or by email.
When is the registration deadline?
Registration deadlines are event-specific. Contact service@greatwallpark.com if you are unsure which event window applies to you.
What distances are available?
GreatWallPark events include accessible running distances and endurance formats. Signature Great Wall races can range from 10K up to ultra-distance options.
Where is the race start/finish?
In-person races publish start and finish details with each event. Virtual runs can be completed anywhere that allows safe GPS tracking.
When will I receive my medal?
After results are verified, medals and race souvenirs are shipped according to the event schedule. International shipping and customs may add extra time.
How do I get the race pack?
Race packs are sent after registration and result verification where applicable. For address or shipping questions, email service@greatwallpark.com.
