The Huangyaguan Great Wall is located in the mountainous mountains 28 kilometers north of Jizhou District in Tianjin. It was built in 556 AD and is a world cultural heritage. It is one of the first batch of 4A-level scenic spots in the country.
The Great Wall of China, east of Malanguan in Zunhua City, Hebei Province, and Jiangjunguan in the west of Beijing’s Pinggu, with a total length of 42 kilometers, is part of the ancient Great Wall of China, with 66 towers, 52 watchtowers, and 14 beacon towers. From September 1984 to September 1987, the military and civilians worked together to repair 1.9 miles of side walls and 20 enemy platforms. It is the longest part of the Great Wall restoration project in China. In 1990, the Great Wall at Huangyaguan was selected as one of “Ten Scenes of Jinmen”.
Huangya Guancheng was an important pass of the Great Wall of Ji Town in the Ming Dynasty, and it was also the only Guancheng (frontier fortress) in the county. The rocks on the cliffs on the east side of Guancheng are mostly yellow-brown color. When the setting sun shines, the gold is brilliant.
